Beach Wagner was established in April 2007 by John Beach and Josef Wagner. These two RPEQs have been servicing the materials handling needs of businesses throughout Queensland and Australia for over twenty years.
The company offers a range of engineering support services that are specifically targeted at improving the safety, productivity and bottom line of industry.
Machinery Design – for special applications including space, cost or weight limited material transfers, special lifting devices, hoists and cranes, mechanised access solutions, bins, hoppers, chutes, machine supporting equipment as well as many standard types of materials handling equipment including conveyors, bucket elevators, grabs, and robot manipulators.
Third Party Design Review and Verification – Of new and existing product for design registration, the successful implementation of a new product or design with high safety and low maintenance and operational costs.
Site measurements – To provide accurate information for design or of new equipment or determination of appropriate clearance and envelopes for fitment of new machinery.
3D layouts – 3D images of entire sites, factory layouts and installed equipment.
Design certification – of lifting, access and machine support equipment.
Product Proof testing – arrangement, witnessing and reporting of certified proof tests.
Machinery Failure Investigation – Determination of reasons for failure for purposes of ongoing worker safety, product improvement or litigation.
Material flow Process improvements – determination and validation of improvements to material flow processes with a view to reduction in worker numbers, machinery items, reduction of damage to product or reduction in maintenance of equipment.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems – Design and troubleshooting.
Electrical Control systems – Design and troubleshooting of control logic associated with system controls.
System specifications – To lock down suppliers into provision of equipment of appropriate, design, manufacture and supply quality and to achieve necessary material throughputs and equipment life requirements.
